As the VP of Elite Client Relations, Winston introduces prospective clients to the customized service and holistic approach of PWM. As a former professional athlete, he has a particular interest in helping other athletes navigate the unique financial challenges they face. After retiring from professional football, Winston returned to Boise State to complete his bachelor’s degree and serve as a player development coordinator for the football team.

As his coaching career advanced, Winston transitioned to a running backs coach and co-special teams’ coordinator. Throughout his career as a professional athlete and coach, Winston witnessed first-hand the exploitation and unethical behavior many young athletes fall victim to. This made him realize the importance of having a trusted network of advisors to help young athletes navigate the many personal and professional challenges they face. He believes all athletes should have access to trusted financial advice specifically designed to help them navigate their unique financial challenges.
