Tracy Baggerly

Wealth Advisor / President

Tracy founded PWM in 2003 because he believed clients deserved a more comprehensive approach to wealth management. For nearly two decades, Tracy has led the PWM team in providing personalized, custom and uniquely designed wealth planning programs for elite clientele seeking a holistic wealth management approach. Tracy maintains a particular focus on serving the needs of professional athletes, executives and entrepreneurs. He has witnessed the devastating impact unscrupulous advisors can have on the financial well-being of his clientele, and he is relentless in protecting his clients from others who wish to prey upon their success. Tracy’s commitment to putting his clients’ best interests first, combined with his in-depth knowledge of corporate and NFL pay practices and benefits packages, put him in a unique position to help clients achieve long-term financial success. Tracy is supported in providing custom wealth planning services by a team of experienced group benefits professionals and investment product specialists. All team members share a common goal of providing an exceptional client experience.

Prior to founding PWM, Tracy worked for five years at a national investment company, where he gained valuable experience. Outside of work, Tracy spends countless hours serving his community, most notably as the president and founder of the non-profit Eagle Rodeo. In 2001, he established the rodeo as a conduit to give back to his community. Since then, the rodeo has grown into one of the largest Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) events in the state of Idaho and has donated significantly to numerous local charities. In 2006, Tracy was named a Top 40 Business Leader Under Age 40 by the Idaho Business Review*.

Tracy is happily married to his wife, Elizabeth, and has two grown children. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, traveling, and spending time with his family and three dogs.
